Personal tax returns (T1), maximised and explained
For individuals, families, newcomers and the self-employed. We prepare your T1 accurately, claim every credit you’re entitled to, and explain the result in plain English.
What your personal tax return includes
A tax return shouldn’t feel like a black box. We gather the right slips, apply the deductions and credits that actually fit your situation, and show you why your refund or balance is what it is, so you can file with confidence and repeat the story to anyone who asks.
- T1 preparation and CRA electronic filing (EFILE)
- Employment, self-employment and investment income
- Newcomer and part-year residency returns
- Rental income and capital gains
- Medical, tuition, childcare and donation credits
- Foreign income and asset reporting (T1135) where needed
- A plain-English summary of your result

India taxation support for Canadian residents
Use this when your Canadian return touches Indian income, property, deposits, investments or family records. We line up residency, reporting dates and documents before the return is filed.
Residency and landing date
Newcomer and part-year resident filing, including the date you became Canadian resident for tax purposes.
Foreign income and assets
Indian rent, interest, dividends, capital gains and T1135 reporting reviewed against Canadian filing requirements.
Records for both sides
A clear document list so Indian and Canadian tax records support the same story.
Personal tax questions we hear a lot
How much does a personal tax return cost?
Most straightforward T1 returns are a fixed, up-front fee we quote before we start, no surprises. Returns with self-employment, rental or foreign-income reporting are quoted based on complexity, always in advance.
I’m a newcomer to Canada. Can you file my first return?
Yes. Newcomer and part-year residency returns are a specialty. We handle your residency status, world-income reporting for the resident portion, and any credits you become eligible for.
I have income or property in India, can you still help?
Absolutely. Cross-border India and Canada situations are one of our core strengths. We coordinate residency, foreign-income and asset reporting so both sides line up.
What if I’m behind on previous years?
We regularly file multiple back years and help you get current with the CRA calmly, and, where it applies, use the Voluntary Disclosures Program.
