Personal Tax
For individuals, families, newcomers and the self-employed. We prepare your T1 accurately, claim every credit you’re entitled to, and explain the result in plain English.
Corporate Tax
We prepare your T2 corporate return from clean books, claim the small-business deduction where it applies, and plan ahead so your tax bill is honest, never a shock.
Bookkeeping
Monthly or catch-up bookkeeping in QuickBooks or Xero, reconciled, categorised and reviewed, so your numbers are ready whenever you (or the CRA) need them.
GST / HST
We register you, file your returns on time, and reconcile your input tax credits, so you claim what you’re owed and never get a surprise letter from the CRA.
Payroll
From pay runs to remittances, T4s and ROEs. We run your payroll accurately and on time, so your team is paid correctly and your CRA remittances are never late.
CRA Support
A letter from the CRA doesn’t have to ruin your week. We review it, gather what’s needed, and correspond with the CRA on your behalf, calmly and correctly.
Incorporation
A fixed path from business idea to corporation-ready operations: federal or provincial incorporation, CRA accounts, GST/HST, payroll and cloud books, all set up with one named person to ask.
Business Advisory
Cash-flow models, project reports, internal controls and budgets, plus a real conversation about what the numbers mean, so your next decision is a confident one, not a guess.
Benefits & Credits
There’s real money in credits and benefits that go unclaimed every year. We check what you’re genuinely entitled to and file it correctly, including the Disability Tax Credit through our specialist partner.
Which accounting service do you need?
Most people arrive here in one of four situations, and the right starting point is different for each. If you are setting up, begin with incorporation. It decides your structure, opens the CRA accounts you will actually need, and gets your books running before you invoice anyone.
If you are already trading, the usual combination is bookkeeping, GST/HST and your corporate tax return, run as one monthly cycle rather than three separate jobs. Clean books are what make the return accurate, so they are worth sorting first if you have fallen behind. Add payroll as soon as you pay yourself a salary or hire anyone.
If your question is personal rather than corporate, start with personal tax. That covers employment, self-employment and rental income, newcomers filing a first Canadian return, and India plus Canada situations. Pair it with benefits and credits if anyone in the household may qualify for the Disability Tax Credit or family benefits.
If the CRA has written to you, or you are behind on filings, go straight to CRA support. We read the letter, gather what is needed and reply on your behalf, then fix whatever caused it so it does not happen again.
Most clients use two or three of these together, and that is deliberate: nothing falls between providers, and you get one fixed price for the whole engagement rather than a separate invoice for each piece. Still unsure? Tell us what is on your plate, or find your industry to see what businesses like yours usually need.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us what’s on your plate and we’ll tell you exactly which service fits, and what it costs, before you commit.
No pressure, no jargon, just a straight answer about your numbers.
